So...college has started. And it really isn't as big a change as i expected it to be. Sure, it was heartbreaking saying goodbye to my parents, but soon after that i was meeting new friends, and getting into a routine that took my mind off the fact that my parents are an hour away. it also helps that my grandparents and best friend live only 25 minutes away, and there are two bookstores only 7 minutes away! score! classes are pretty good as well. i have three on monday, wednesday, and friday, and only 1 on tuesday and thursday, so it really isn't that overwhelming. the food isn't that bad either. the cafeteria has delicious chicken sandwiches, and really good lemonade, so that's actually pretty much the only thing i eat for dinner now-a-days, but it's delicious, so now worries. i'm also packing in the excersize by just walking everywhere. my classes are only 3 minutes away, but i have to climb up and down four flights of stairs in my dorm, and then three flights (twice) in the building where my classes are. plus, you have to climb a ginormous hill on your way back from the cafeteria. i'm gonna have beastly legs at the end of this year. w00t?
